How Do I Share My Unutilized Credits With Other Users?
Sharing unused credits with other users is simple. Just log in to your Textdrip account and click on your profile icon from the top right corner. You’ll see the Share Credit option and click on the same. On the next page, click on the Share Credit button, which will open a pop-up where you can enter the email address of Textdrip users and the number of credits. Once done, Textdrip will deduct the entered amount from your account and send it to the recipient.
With Whom Can I Share My Unused Credits With?
You can share your unused messaging credits with your team members who have a Textdrip account or other Textdrip users. As long as you have their registered email address with Textdrip, you can send them a specific portion of your credits.
Is There A Limit To How Many Credits I Can Share At Once
There is no limit to how many credits you can share with others. However, there should be sufficient balance after you’ve shared the credits. For instance, let’s say you have 14,500 credits, then you can share up to 13,500 credits, leaving a 1000 balance in your account. Similarly, you can share your credits to ensure there is at least 1000 balance left in your account.
Does Sharing Credits Have Any Associated Costs Or Fees?
Sharing Textdrip credits with other Textdrip users doesn’t cost you anything. There is no fee or cost associated with the Credit Sharing facility, so you can share credits as many times as you need and with as many users as you want without worrying about anything.
